In a full attack, with Time Skitter and Minute Hand, you'll have 2 attacks at your highest BAB, one with your off-hand, and another with your main hand at -2 from Minute Hand. You now have no TWF penalties, Wisdom+1d6 to damage, and when you activate Night's Knife, level to damage. At level 5 you're taking Battle Dragon's Stance and Night's Knife.
